a $100 FreshDirect Gift Certificate.
Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received on or about May 15, 2010, by employees of FreshDirect, whose decisions are final and binding. The winners must claim their prizes between May 15, 2010, and May 31, 2010, or prize is forfeited. All confirmed winners will receive their prizes on or before May 31, 2010.
All prize details not specified herein are at the sole discretion of FreshDirect. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and
no substitutions will be permitted. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, or does not complete the prize documentation
within seven days of receipt, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. All federal, state and local taxes and
other expenses and incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. FreshDirect reserves the right to
substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability.
