• Provided the card has not expired, bears the holder's signature and is properly used, the card entitles the holder only to travel at the current discount fare on National Express Coach Services in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Certain inclusive packages, special offers (including funfares) and Apex fares are excluded.
• The card entitles the named holder, or someone acting on his/her behalf to purchase travel tickets for use by the named holder only, at the discount fare.
• The card is non refundable. National Express reserves the right to invalidate the card of any cardholder who is deemed to be misusing it.
• A valid card is required for each leg of the journey being made. If a card expires between the outward and return dates the return journey will not be eligible for the discount fare.
• Replacement cards will only be issued where the original card has been stolen and providing a Police crime reference number is supplied to National Express. Replacement cards will not be issued in any other circumstances
• Entrants must be aged 16 to 26, residing in the UK and currently in possession of a valid student ID card
• Employees of National Express, related companies, their families and agencies and associated companies are not eligible to apply for a free coachcard. Only one (1) free coachcard is permitted per person
• The card is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives
• No purchase is necessary
• The coachcard cannot be used against funfares
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount
• National Express accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries; incomplete entries will be disregarded. By applying for a free coachcard, the entrant is confirming their status as a student and agrees to the terms of the privacy policy and accepts the terms and conditions.
